A SCOPE FOR ALL REASONS
or is it "All Seasons"?
we're not sure, but this scope is PERFECT for playing doctor with, because it shows all the colorful germs! kaleidoscope is made out of one of those inhalor extenders that they give you at the hospital when you go in for an asthma attack. it was washed and sterilized before being painted and decorated. all those little plus signs are vinyl, and the germies are played by little plastic beads. the entire thing has been coated in clear coat to protect it and help keep it nice and shiny. if you have questions or would like a custom one, please email!

THE SILVER STREAK
a kaleidoscope, perfect for HOURS of fun for kids and adults!
The Silver Streak is 6.25" tall, and painted to look like one of those old barbershop signs. you know the ones, with the red white and blue stripes! it was christened 'the silver streak' because of the awesome big silver stripe down the side. the thinner red and blue stripes are colored pencil on white acrylic paint. (kind of patriotic, ne? could work for french, russian, british, american.....) this kaleidoscope is a 1 off, meaning that we'll never make one like this again. (I might be persuaded to similar designs, but never this exact one again.)

CUSTOM TELE- OR KALEIDOSCOPE!
these scopes are made of cardboard tubes, creativity, imagination, and a lot of giggling!
the kaleidoscopes would be stationary, with mylar reflectors inside to create the fancy images we're all used to seeing. the telescopes can be stationary or collapse to about half their expanded size. they're perfect for a pirate going on a voyage, or even harriet the spy! and they come in a box for safe keeping! ingredients :: whatever your little heart desires (within reason! :P ) the telescopes can actually be semi-functional. the lenses are made of domed shrinkydinks and plastic watch lenses. in the one pictured, we used frosted shrinky dinks, and simulated a night sky on the inside. if you'd like a simulated view, just say so! we can even print photos and shrink them. *** to order: purchase this listing. then tell us what specs you'd like your scope to be (max is currently 12" tall [closed] + 3" diameter), what color(s) you want where, and if you want your name on it!
