payments
The Plushie Foundry accepts Paypal only for all adoption fees at this time.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. If you would like a plushie, but are unable to pay when you purchase, please contact us first.

Shipping
All of The Plushie Foundry's adoptees are sent out via USPS.
Insurance is only offered on the marionettes, due to their fragile nature.
Adoptees are taken to the Post Office the business day AFTER adoption fees have been received.
If you need your plushie(s) faster than First Class can get them to you (less than a week in the contiguous U.S.) please contact us before you adopt. We can ship Priority or even Express if need be, but we will have to alter the shipping costs.

refunds and exchanges
Refunds are generally not offered on adoption fees, unless there was some major mistake on the part of The Foundry.
This means that if you've simply changed your mind about the adoption, you WILL NOT be getting your money back.
Exchanges are not generally offered, however, if something terrible happens to your new baby (a random cat attack, an horrific DanceBreak Incident, a rift in the fabric of spacetime that rends the poor dear in two...), you can send them back to us here at The Foundry, and we will do our very best to repair them.
If we cannot repair your baby, we will make you a new one and send them out to you, free of charge.
This means that if you've simply changed your mind about the adoption, you WILL NOT be getting your money back.

The Plushie Foundry regrets to inform you that, (1) we have cats here, and (2) we also have a fulltime DayJob (boo!), so there may be a delay in returning email. This delay will be less than 48 hours, and as short as physically possible.
