each alligator is ~2" long, tip to tail, and about 1" tall.
they are made of wool felt, with painted eyes, and are stitched with buttonhole thread. their spikes are a single layer of felt, stitched in securely. they are stuffed with polyfill. they are also stitched together as seen in the photos. kissing 'gators!
