the quest for the largest alligator

that the Foundry's ever made.

i've got a 29" wide piece ofgreen upholstry fabric that i think is long enough to make 2 'gators, and a 3" long pattern.

meaning i have to increase said pattern by a factor of 9.66 (meaning 9 2/3, for those who are better at fractions).
so if anyone has tips on increasing pattern size (or if my increase factor is totally off), please let me know! :D

yeah, this is gonna be fun. :P
